Video Review System Big Update! Review Lab System Is Here!

Dear Investigators,

In order to provide a better gaming experience, we have fully upgraded the Security System and made some big updates to the Video Review System. Let's check them out!

The Enhanced In-Match Cheat Reporting of the Review Lab Is Now Available!

Review Lab Introduction:

Investigators have consistently showcased their superior ability over others players in identifying violations through their actions. Their unwavering commitment has significantly aided in combating cheating in the game. In order to better assist everyone in safeguarding a fair gaming environment, we are thrilled to introduce the new Review Lab feature.

As an exclusive Investigator perk, when they get eliminated in a match, they can utilize the Review Lab to review the match record for any violations. If a violation is detected, the Investigator can report it and push it to other Investigators to review it together. The final penalty for cheaters will be only be issued once it is officially verified by the security team.

Due to the ongoing development of the Review Lab, a team of experienced Investigators will be carefully chosen to participate in the initial stages of the experiment. Once the feature is further enhanced, it will be made available to other Investigators.

In the upcoming season, we will continue to rigorously crack down on game violations. We will not tolerate any behavior that attempts to undermine the fair gaming environment! We hope every Investigator will work with us to fight against cheating and actively report violations! Let's work together to protect the gaming environment and uphold fair play in the game!

Investigators can find the "Review Lab" on the Investigators page.

After entering the Investigators page, all Ranked matches of the past 24 hours are displayed. Investigators can choose to generate video replays based on the recorded time.

Once the video is generated, Investigators will be directed back to the video player page. Tap the Play button to watch the compilation of the reported player's elimination highlights.

If any violation is detected when reviewing, tap the "Request Help" button located in the upper right corner of the page. In the following pop-up, select the violations the player has committed and is being reported for.

After submitting, it will take about 1-2 days for other Investigators to review and reach a verdict. Enter the Review Lab again to view the relevant verdict.

Besides the Review Lab, we have also improved other security aspects.

Progress Bar Pointer Feature Is Here!

The progress bar now features 4 types of pointers: start of clip, end of clip, elimination, and suspicious behavior. These pointers will appear on the progress bar to assist Investigators in locating the exact timestamp.

Video Review Tips Are Now Available!

There are new review tips that show up when pausing a video review, which provide helpful hints and information for coming to a verdict.

Apart from the upgrades and improvements, we have also fixed the issues such as the error code that appears when playing videos, as well as increased experience and title collection requirements not showing on the review mission page.
